1983 வெலிக்கடைச் சிறைப் படுகொலையும், 1995-96 செம்மணி மனிதப் புதைகுழி உள்ளிட்டு தமிழர் தாயகத்தில் பல இடங்களில் வெளிப்படும் மனிதப் புதைகுழிகளும், 2009 முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் வரையான போரில் இடம்பெற்ற பெருந்திரள் அட்டூழியங்களும் (mass atrocities) இன்ன பிற சர்வதேசச் சட்ட மீறல்களும் இன அழிப்பு (genocide) என்ற முதன்மையான சர்வதேசப் பெருங்குற்றத்துக்குரிய முகாந்திரம் (plausibility) கொண்டவை என்ற நோக்குநிலையில் (orientation) அணுகப்பட்டு சுயாதீன, சர்வதேச விசாரணைக்கு உட்படுத்தப்படவேண்டியவை. இந்த நோக்குநிலையில் ஈழத்தமிழர் தேசத்தினர் தமது அறிவையும் உணர்வையும் ஆற்றுப்படுத்தவேண்டும். இந்த நோக்குநிலையை வெளிப்படையாக மறுதலிப்போருக்கும் அதிலிருந்து நுட்பமாகச் சமூகத்தை வழுவச் செய்வோருக்கும் இடையே எத்தகைய வேறுபாடும் இல்லை.
